What motivated me?

Sometimes I ask myself: "But why? I could do the minimum, stay at home, go out and yet..."

When I dedicate myself to creations, I relax, I feel useful and happy in an almost unreal, surreal world.

I have always loved to create; I was an only child "for 13 years" and my mother did everything she could to not make me feel alone, keeping me constantly busy creating something.

I remember the little jobs I brought to my beloved dance teacher, the personalized greeting cards. I loved adding my personal touch.

When I found myself 300 km from my reality, I felt the need to create again, to return to that environment that my mother had created for me.

Over the years I have learned to be alone, discovering a love for reading, good music and good films.

But creativity, the creation or modification of something, is rewarding and makes you proud. It's no longer about loneliness, but about donating your time.

When everything seems uncertain around you, when your desires struggle to come true, it's time to challenge yourself with new goals and projects.

And so mARTE was born.

The name may seem trivial? Perhaps...

The explanation, even more so. Martina, my world, planets, art, the God of war, chaos "je teng' a guerre ncap'!" (I have war on my mind) which are transformed into personal creativity.
